LoopMath
The engine behind GitDoctor, runnable here. Same code paths as the command-line tool — a usage export gives the same proposal, a live read gives the same cleanup plan — so anything you see can be reproduced with loopmath on your own machine. Source: github.com/GreatPyreneseDad/loopmath.
Drop a provider usage export — the Anthropic Console CSV or an OpenAI usage export — and get the same spend map and proposal loopmath propose writes. Daily totals can't show how calls are shaped, so what comes back are scenarios with stated assumptions, not measurements. The file is parsed in memory and not kept.
