Vapi
Every call split into transport, STT, LLM, TTS, platform, and analysis.
Why connect it
Vapi reports a per-call cost breakdown with token and character counts. That is enough to see which layer runs the bill, whether the agent talks too much, whether the prompt bloats, and what short or failed calls cost.
What you'll see
- 30 days of calls with minutes and cost per layer
- Cost per minute and per call, with layer shares
- TTS characters per minute (verbosity) and LLM tokens per minute (context bloat)
- Short calls and error-ended calls that were still billed; post-call analysis overhead
- The five most expensive calls
What the credential can and cannot do
Where to get it: dashboard.vapi.ai → Organization → API Keys (private key).
It grants: Full access to the org's API. GitDoctor only lists calls.
It cannot: GitDoctor never places calls or edits assistants.
Whatever you connect lives in an encrypted cookie in your browser and nowhere else. Sign out and it's gone; revoke it at the provider and it stops working immediately.
