Where to get it: console.twilio.com → Account Info. Prefer a restricted API key with usage read.
It grants: Whatever the token can do; GitDoctor only reads usage records.
It cannot: GitDoctor never places calls or sends messages.
Whatever you connect lives in an encrypted cookie in your browser and nowhere else. Sign out and it's gone; revoke it at the provider and it stops working immediately.
