Why connect it
Gong already holds every call with speaker names and who's internal. Jade reads the transcripts where they are and produces the digest and the themes; nothing moves and nothing is replaced.
What you'll see
- Transcripts for the last 30 days with speaker names; internal parties as the seller side
- Per-call digests and cross-customer themes with pointers back to Gong's own transcript offsets
- Cost per call reported; a light model is enough
What the credential can and cannot do
Where to get it: Gong → Company Settings → Ecosystem → API → Create, with scopes api:calls:read:basic, api:calls:read:extensive, api:calls:read:transcript.
It grants: Read on calls and transcripts.
It cannot: GitDoctor never writes to Gong.
Whatever you connect lives in an encrypted cookie in your browser and nowhere else. Sign out and it's gone; revoke it at the provider and it stops working immediately.
